When you prepare working solution of Dexamethasone from the stock solution which contains 100% DMSO, the final DMSO concentration to be used for dendritic cells in culture should be less than or equal to 0.1%. Use of 0.1% DMSO is considered to be safe for almost all cells without any severe toxicity to the cells.
So, prepare working solution of Dexamethasone by diluting the stock solution with culture media in such a way that the DMSO concentration is well within 0.1% when finally added to dendritic cells in culture.
