In general, the polymer matrix is filled with particles to increase the property, such as dielectric contant. Some models are proposed to predict the property of composite. These models or equations usually contain the dielectric contant and volume fraction of particle and polymer matrix. However, most of models or equations are limited to the composites with two components. In fact, for the experiment, the particles are always covered with other component to inproved the dispersion in the polymer matrix.

why don't you measure the dielectric constant of your composite by simple and inexpensive VNA (vector network analyser) test? by using a VNA system you can measure the real and imaginary parts of permitivitty and permeability of your composites.
I want to use the theory calculation to select the appropriate system, including the kinds of polymer matrix, particle and coating layer, the volume fraction of particle, the thickness of coating layer. The prediction can guide the experiment. So I want to predict the dielectric contant of composite before doing the experimental study.
Please find attached a paper on dielectric mixture formulas. Some of them (e.g. the effective medium formalism) can be directly applied to multi-component mixtures. The asymmetric matrix/inclusion formulas require some consideration, but the low concentration limit various fillers can be taken into account additively. You can also find formulas in this paper related to filled systems where the filler is covered by another phase.
