It is easy to combine multiple plots in one. But if I consider several cases then,

First, If the range of X and Y limit is same for both or all data set you can simply plot them together in one graph.

e.g. using python (you can same feature in any software you are familiar with) to plot multiple columns in one plot (like link below).

Second, If the range of data sets are different then you can use YY plot to add other data in secondary axis.
