In order to get the charge Q(t) you need only to integrate I(t) from a reference time say 0 to any time t such that Q(t)= Integral i(t) dt from t=0 to any time t. This will be a numerical integration Q(nTs) at specific time samples nTs.

You can sample v(t) at the same sampling times nTs and get also v(nTs).

Then you can plot Q(nTs) versus v(nTs).

what do you mean by flux that is magnetic flux or electric flux?

After you define the flus I can propose a solution for you.

Or you can use the similar method as per proposal.

If you are using the Cadence Virtuoso EDA tool then there is the procedure to obtain the integration and differentiation of any signal plotted using ADEL (analog design environment) window by sending the specific waveform using the calculator and thus performing various mathematical functions. You can change the axis to plot the desired waveform.
