I have calculated and plotted the dielectric constant, Dielectric loss, impedance, modulus, and conductivity Vs frequency and Cole-Cole Plots(Z''-Z', E''-E', M''-M') using outputs obtained from an LCR meter device (C and D parameters).

However, the conductivity and E''-E' plots are not similar to what I observe in the literatures! (my conductivity plot at low frequencies shows a maximum value and decreases with increasing frequency, and my E''-E' plot appears as a nearly straight line with a slope of 45 degrees).

I would like to confirm the formulas necessary for calculating the mentioned parameters (specially Conductivity, E', E''). So I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide me with the formulas for each of these parameters. Thank you very much🙏🙏
