I have obtained zpe corrected energies for reactant, TS and product states. I can plot a general scattered plot using MS Excel (but not that great). I would like to know how to plot a reaction profile as one would find in publications.
I have also attached my suggested excel worksheet below.

P.S. I need to compare several candidate profiles overlapped so using IRC method wasn't successful.
You can use several plotting software like
1. Origin, XmGrace. (GUI based)
2. Gnuplot, Mathmatica, Pyhton (Command line based).
What exactly you want to plot?

Thank you I used OriginLab for plotting as well. But as I have amended below I require a energy profile plotted using the given 3 coordinates of x and y. I was unable to fit such a curve for any function available in the origin database. Attached here is the diagram I plotted using MS Excel. I understand that Excel is not very much approved as a software used for publications.
