I have been using Amber16 MD suite. As far as I have come a across respgen program in the suite only supports Gaussian output file as the preliminary input. Due to the fact that I follow Spartan and GAMESS suits as my quantum mechanical programs I have been using R.E.D Server for charge generation. I would appreciate if there is a way to convert "*.spartan" or "*.out" files in to "*.gout" files or directly use either of them in Amber16. I am a hardcore fan of R.E.D Server but i would prefer more to handle my subject manually.
