Dear all, suppose I am working on a machine learning problem where I am trying to predict an attacking site of an enzyme on its substrate.
example: Let suppose an enzyme attacks on aspartic acid residue in a protein. So, I will pick the sequence with 20 amino acids before and after this aspartic acid.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXDXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Now the problem is, what should I do if the aspartic acid residue is near one of the edges of the sequence. How can I work around in this kind of scenarios?

Hi you have to include more information in your sequence to be able to see clearly the changes this problem can be treated as anomalies detection using machine learning or deep learning approach.
