How to perform the wear simulation using ABAQUS?
First you need to calculate stress on part surfaces. Then use some empirical formula to relate stress and displacement to wear depth and then to volumetric wear. You can come up with your own formula for correct prediction of wear by comparison of your simulation result with some experimental data (if available) and doing the fitting. Good Luck!
