I am measuring capacitance of a capacitor. The open compensation and short compensation is straightforward. But I am not being able to perform/understand the load compensation. I really do not understand what the manual says about load compensation. I have tried different known capacitors, resistors as load standard(just to try), I am not getting realistic measurement. Can anyone here help me explain how to do load compensation in step by step procedure?

Mostly, I am interested in Capacitance measurement. The 100 ohm standard resistance can be used as load for load compensation. But my problem is defining a load capacitance which is not there in Agillent 4294A. And what they say about load compensation for capacitance is something I don't understand clearly. If you see the agillent manual for dielectric fixture load compensation, you will find that. The instruction given for load compensation for capacitance is not straightforward (at least for me).
I appreciate if you find a way to perform a capacitor load compensation with a standard capacitor which remains fairly constant if possible for the entire frequency range (40 Hz to 110 MHz).
