I would like to immunize mice with a pool of three MHC class I peptides, each having a lenght of 9-10 amino acids, in a total concentration of 100 ug. I will also use an adjuvant. Do I need anything else, like a carrier protein, including MHC class II peptides or sth?

If you want to produce these peptides in a way that is recombinant for immunization, I recommend fusing them with GFP protein .. This gives antigen strangeness and as a result stronger immune response.
