How to perform centrifugal filtration/ultrafiltration to pembrolizumab?

Dear researchers,

I would like to radiolabel pembrolizumab with zirconium-89 but first I need to remove excipients by ultrafiltration or concentration. I'm thinking of doing it using Amicon/microcon/vivaspin tubes (I have not choose yet) and I would like to know how does it work ?

Any advice? protocol ?

I appreciate your help.
