Hello,
I want to pattern a thick layer of elastomer, preferably PDMS, with a thickness range of 500um to 1mm with rectangular pattern sizes of minimum 100*10 um^2 and maximum 1000*100 um^2. I know that one way is to use SU8 as a mold and pour PDMS. But it seems removing the SU8 afterwards would be challenging. Do you have any other suggestions on how to pattern the PDMS on the sample directly?

Do you have a CO2 laser patterning instrument in your disposal? use it.
