Hello everyone, I am trying to overlay a super resolved image using ThunderSTORM over the diffraction limited image in ImageJ. The super-resolved image has a lot more pixels than the diffraction limited (4380x4380 vs 600x600), but they are the same size images in terms of actual microns (87.92 um x 87.92 um). Is there a way to merge these 2 images, keeping their same resolution? The only method I have found to work is to convert the super resolved image to also have 600x600 pixels, which completely negates the super-resolution of the image.
You could alternatively upscale your low res image without any interpolation (to maintain its "true blockiness") and then overlay to same way you did before.
Image > Adjust > Size then select Interpolation: "None".
