How to optimize the kd conditions in Whole-Cell Bacterium SELEX?

I need optimization protocol for the kd of whole cell SELEX of bacterium. What is the most recommended method either with the PBS or with Binding Buffer and how to optimize it. I have gone through a lot papers but the details of kd optimization are missing.

Kindly guide me.
