Dear Ahmed,

May you can directly cast your thin films on KRS-5 disc and measure the FTIR spectra. However, it is worthy to mention that the intensity of the functional group peaks in FTIR spectra depends on their quantity in the molecular structures. So you don't need to increase the intensity of small peaks and just leave it, this is a data!
