I want to prepare sulfonated poly ether sulfone from (diol contain benzyl azide in the ring) and diflouro derivatives. I want to know if the benzyl azide will still stable under nucleophilic polymerization conditions [ K2CO3, CaCO3, DMAc, Toluene , 150 oC, 16h].

sooner I will provide you with a document on the chemistry of the azide group. However, when working with highly rective functions, it is preferable that the integration of such groups will be the last step, by doing the so called 'post-polymerization modification' or 'polymer analogous synthesis'. I have a short experience in this direction with the sodium azide (NaN3). My first impression is that the azide group will be lost during polycondestaion. Regards
Thank you Dr. BouAziz for your help, I can do post modification from benzyl bromide to benzyl Zide. But I will face the same problem; bromide will interact with phenolic groups in basic medium.
