How should we model shear wall in CSI SAFE to design the foundation of shear wall included structures?
In the one hand, reaction forces are imported form CSI ETABS to SAFE and interaction between walls has been performed.
On the other hand, we know that shear walls act as stiffers on the foundation and modelling them as a wall considerably decrease the amount of rebars on the foundation.
How could we implement the rigid zone area one the foundation?

My question is about modeling rigid zone over foundations which are loaded by shear walls, not modeling shear walls.

The aim of modeling of shear wall when designing foundation is to account for the stiffness of the shear wall. Since in reality the rigidity of shear wall is a beneficial effect, some engineers tend to consider the shear wall stiffness during foundation design. Regarding the rigid-end zone, you don't need to define rigid-end zone for the foundation. Instead, you had better to model the shear wall itself with actual dimension as it is designed in ETABS. The programme, SAFE, itself takes into account the rigidity of the shear wall.

You are right. It seems that foundation should be modeled without shear walls.
Indeed, the shear wall reactions are imported directly from CSI ETABS. Moreover, because of shear wall's plastic hing, it is not logical to consider stiffness of shear wall at foundation rebar design.
