How to model magnetic flow physics and magnetic field gradient in COMSOL Multiphysics 5.4?

I have a model of the human airway tree. I need to model the magnetic field gradient on the human airway tree produced by a coil( or a permanent magnet) placed outside the airway tree using comsol.

Current in coil-10A

How can I do that? Please help
