How to model Background Seismicity in EZ FRISK?

does anybody know how to model background seismicity in EZ FRISK 7.65?

I understand we have to define it as grid source, but I don't quite understand the input parameter required, it requires existing txt or binary files I guess..

I already have the background seismicity catalog
