How to model a transistor in SIMULINK using its datasheet?

Hello everyone,

I'm having difficulty in modeling a transistor using its datasheet in SIMULINK, because the parameters in the datasheets are different from the ones in SIMULINK. I was wondering if somebody can help me with this.
