How to mesh in crack tip using shell element in ABAQUS?

S8R elements were applied in 2D cracked plate in ABAQUS. But when I drew a circle contour in the crack tip, it showed an error. I also checked the ANAQUS Manual and it told me that 'Focused meshes can be used, but not all of the three-dimensional shell elements in Abaqus/Standard can be collapsed. Elements S8R and S8RT cannot be degenerated into triangles.' Could someone give me some ideas?
