As we can measure systolic pressure and diastolic pressure with the help of stigma manometer then is there any instrument which helps out in knowing whole pressure?
Would you mean "arterial pressure waveform" instead of "whole pressure", wouldn't you?
If this is correct, you can use Finapress and you will get accurate beat-by-beat arterial pressure waveforms, continuously.
Alternatively, you can use a much less expensive noninvasive arterial probe, like the one bellow. Certainly, you will need to calibrate the equipment to get accurate pressure measurements.
