I need to measure photovoltaic parametrs changing with respective to the time-course changes of dye sensitized solar cell. And what is difference between aging test and under illumination test? If it is time-course changes, then what is the best intervals and how long?

In order to monitor the performance of the your device you need to made an automated measuring set up. You can use data acquisition card DAQ. One complete I-V curve can be squired in seconds. So, you can sample the characteristics on the time intervals you need.
Concerning the time interval between to consequent measurements, i would propose that you make a preliminary test by observing only the variation of the open circuit with time, since this parameter is affected by both the photo current and the dark characteristics.
Knowing the rate of change with time you can get proper measuring time intervals. Which means that you have to determine the timing on experimental basis.

In the very early days of DSSC (20 years ago) some of the cells we made degraded so fast that by the time we had assembled them they had totally failed. Nowadays solid electrolyte cells should last several years. I don't know if they approach the stability of silicon cells though. Silicon, a crystal, is one of the most stable forms of matter we know, and might last millions of years. The contacts to it and doping inside it will have degraded a long, long time before that.
May I suggest you simply measure the cells with properly calibrated sources and instrumentation one a month. Make really sure that the light source is stable over those timescales.
