Citrate capped AuNp's was prepared by using brust-schiffin method. I need to know the molecular weight of gold nanoparticle for nanocomposite preparation.
Gold nanoparticles are made up of atoms, not molecules. Therefore, it is necessary to write the atomic mass, not the molecular mass. Gold nanoparticles have no atomic mass. Use the weight of gold nanoparticles to calculate the composite. Hamid Reza Farhang , the links you provided do not answer this question.
Dear all, even if you have nanoparticles with MW (I prefer molecular mass, weight has a force unit) such as TiO2 or CaCO3, you don't need it, rather size and its distribution, shape, and more importantly specific surface area, are the pivot factors for NPs loading and distribution in the matrix.
