How to measure the concentration of Chlorpyrifos in water by Uv-Vis spectrophotometer?

I am trying to make a colour compound and measure. But I am not able to get the accurate concentration.

If you have some pure chloropyrifos, you can make calibration curve, like here http://www.umich.edu/~chem125/softchalk/Exp2_Final_2/Exp2_Final_2_print.html
