How to measure the blood-brain barrier permeation for sevoflurane formulated with cyclodextrin using mathematical modeling?

We have developed the two-compartment model for general anesthetic sevoflurane formulated with sulfobutylether-beta-cyclodextrin (SBECD) using Wolfram Mathematica and SystemModeler. The results of the simulation are in agreement with the experimental PK/PD data.
