Many organizations around the world are looking to implement SDGs, while others already have practices or programs. However, how can the company assess whether its SDG application effort is adequate? How to measure whether company A is doing more than B? Or, if company C, wants to know if it is in which position in relation to others in the same sector?

The SDG Compass available at https://sdgcompass.org/ delineates five steps that companies can follow to set or align their course, depending on where they are in the journey of ensuring that sustainability is an outcome of core business strategy. The SDG Compass was developed with a focus on large enterprises. (Small- and medium-scale enterprises and other organizations are encouraged to use it as a source of inspiration and to adapt it as necessary.) The SDG Compass is best harnessed at entity level but may be applied at product, site, divisional, or regional level as appropriate; it entails:
- Defining Priorities (i.e., map the value chain to identify impact areas, select indicators and collect data, define priorities).
- Setting Goals (i.e., define scope of goals and select key performance indicators, define baseline and select goal type, set level of ambition, announce commitment to the SDGs).
- Integrating (i.e., anchor sustainability goals within the business, embed sustainability across all functions, engage in partnerships).
- Reporting & Communicating (i.e., conduct effective reporting and communication, communicate on SDG performance).

D A Gayan Nayanajith thank's for the excellent materials. Especially the Adams, CA (2017) model. Do you have reports or articles in which the Adams Model has already been applied? The mapping in the "output" of the SDGs is interesting, however, they are not measured. I mean, that for the purpose of applying to several companies there is still a way to measure them in percentages. What do you think about?

However, i am looking for a management model oriented towards the application of the SDGs and also, how to measure the extent to which the application of strategies or programs are allowing the company's sustainable position.

Sustainable Development Goals - There are 17 Goals having 169 targets and each Goal has many Indicators. The SDGs are poverty, hunger, education, health, education, gender equality........Based on the available Indicators that can be selected either at Micro level Analysis at the village or community level or Macro level Analysis in the Industrial Company where group employees are working in a given environment according to their educational qualification and capacity of the knowledge the working performance. In both places are stakeholders who can express their advantages and disadvantages of the privileges are enjoying by them. The measurement will imply that the Impact of the particularly Program/Project. All these Indicators could be measured with the help of Bertelsmann Index. The nature of the environment is differing from the country to country. So the country context dependent Indicators has to be identified at first. Moreover, the SDGs implementation policy focus on the choice of the SDGs performance. Anyhow, it is big data scientific investigations have to done with experts in order to get the reliable and accurate data and information at the end.
