5-ALA is a precursor of porphyrin, heme, and bile pigments, and it is metabolized into protoporphyrin IX (PpIX) in the course of heme synthesis. PpIX can accumulate into cancer cells and we then can use the absorption of PpIX for photodynamic therapy of cancers.

I have 5-ALA and I need a standard calibration curve with different concentration of 5-ALA but at the max absorbance wavelength of PpIX which is 630 nm. Is that even possible?
