I have an application where I need to measure current signals with frequency 2 MHz to 5 MHz. The current signal variation will be in the order of few micro Amperes. Can anyone suggest an idea to tackle this problem??
Thank you for your suggestion. We also tried trans-impedance amplifier configurations. But we have two challenges : low current detection and high bandwidth requirement. Trans-impedance amplifiers are available commercially as ICs, but most of them will not meet both our requirements. Do you have any specific suggestions in this regard??
Are you successful in measuring current of high frequency ?
I need to measure the current of sample which has a applied frequency range from 100 Herz to 11 MHz. How to use conventional current meter to meaure the accurate current in this frequency range ?
