I synthesized CQD and when measure the PL intensity using the fluorescence spectra, I got good intensity value and peak position in green region. I measured PL intensity using sample taken in cuvette. I dissolve the sample in a non-volatile solvent and fill the sample in the cell and try to measure the EQE using another instrument, Its not showing any peak. I am confused about this; I really need to measure EQE of CQD. Any points I have missed or I have to try?

To determine the external quantum yield, you need an integrating measurement system, which requires an integrating sphere to collect all photons emitted by the excited sample (powder, glass, crystal or liquid). Attached you will find some slides from my lecture to clarify the measurement procedure. Moreover, you should b careful with dissolving your quantum dots, since interaction with the solvent can comepletely quench your luminescence...
