How to manage dizziness that occurs due to administering PER (perampanel) for pGTCS in IGE?

Efficacy of PER (perampanel) in reducing the primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures (pGTCS) in idiopathic generalized epilepsies (IGE) shows the required tolerability. However, beside other adverse effects, one main event is dizziness. How to manage that?
