You can use 0.1 M TBAP as supporting electrolyte.

Non Aqueous reference electrode Ag/Ag+ is the best.  

Dear Disha, thank you for the response. The Ag/Ag+ comes in acetonitrile solvent inside the glass tube where the Ag-wire is coated with AgNO3(I guess). Is it okay to use this electrode for any other organic solvents like DMF even though there is acetonitrile inside the tube? I think the Ferocine (Fc/Fc+) should be used as internal standard reference and this will be okay! Is this understanding correct? 

 yes you can use that electrode in DMF and Fc/Fc+ as internal standard.

TBAPF6 or TBABF4 are good supporting electrolytes. The concentration of the SE is usually 0.1 M. Ag/AgCl is the best ref electrode for this system and no need to take KCl from reference electrode, you can use the same electrode for aqueous and organic medium. One think you should remember that after finishing your CV experiment, take the ref electrode and keep in saturated KCl solution.

Do you mean that I can use the same reference electrode Ag/AgCl, KCl which is used for getting the CV in aqueous solvents for organic solvents, too? I have also seen some people doing this. But I am wondering whether the data will be reliable! Will there not be contamination of organic solvent by water? Do you have any paper on this? Thank you for your kind help. Regards.
