Actually, I tried to make KNN-xBTO nanoparticle by solid state reaction technique by firing the precursors at high temperature (1200°C )over 2 h at heating rate of 5 °C (also 10°C) min-1 inside alumina crucible.
After firing, the as-prepared final product become solidified and quite impossible to take-off from the crucible bottom surface.
Can anyone please give me suggestion, what to do in order to make this kind of nano-composite by solid state reaction???
Thank you Mr. Singh and Mr. Kumar for your response. I will consider your suggestion by reduce the temperature. However, Could you suggest me the possible temp. which I should follow......
Try at low temperatures of about 1000 to 1100 degree Centigrade.
The ramping temperature should be keep as low as like 5 degree/min, also while decreasing temperature (slow ramping and cooling).
The holding temperature is also important in these types of ceramics. Try for different holding temperatures of 1h, 2h and 3h. If possible try to find the densities every time, take higher density samples for further studies/applications.
If possible pour some KNN-BTO mixed powder at the bottom of the crucible.
