How to make PHA sheet?

I'm a graduate student working on producing PHA and I was able to make a PHA sheet using hot chloroform. Now I am trying to repeat the same steps but it isn't working.

My method is:

1- add NaOCl to the pellet

2-centrifuge

3- wash twice with (DW+aceton+ ethanol) and centrifuge

4- dry and after that add chloroform in a boiling water path

any suggestion?
