i'm doing research in vanet environment and using SUMO as traffic simulator.
I need to make all nodes (vehicles) entering the map at the same time. how can i do that ?
i've checked randomTrips.py options but can't find the option to do this.

You will check in SUMO/MOVE setting, there is option to add or exclude.

i think i just figure it now :)
it's related with how randomTrips.py works (and i totally misunderstood it for years)
it says " The trips are distributed evenly in an interval defined by begin (option -b, default 0) and end time (option -e, default 3600) in seconds" http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Tools/Trip
and the example is
/tools/randomTrips.py -n input_net.net.xml -e 50 -l
it actually means the algorithm will generate some nodes / second until it reach 50 nodes (default interval is 1 sec) so it will generate 10 nodes / sec
in my research, i need all 50 nodes entering the map at once
so i use another options -p (period) and set 0.02 as the value
then it will generate 50 nodes at once (1/0.02)
i only need 1 sec as end time (-e 1)
this is my script looks like
/tools/randomTrips.py -n map.net.xml -o trip.trips.xml -e 1 -p 0.02
