I have ship-borne gravity data along some profiles of a region, as well as satellite gravity gridded data of the region. I want to combine both the data and prepare a gridded gravity data of that region.

your data must have same Coordinate (lat & long or utm). After corrections (pay attention which your ship-borne and satellite gravity data be compatible and match numerically. the satellite gravity data include the long wavelengths) , That's enough you import your gravity data with their coordinate in a software such as Geosoft or surfer or Modelvision and ... and mapping the gravity field of the region under study.
