How to make CTAB hollow cylindrical?

I want to make a one-dimensional silver nanostructure. I want to make the CTAB arranged in a hollow tube, then add silver ions to reduce it in the tube bundle, and it can be one-dimensional. I don't know if this method can be achieved.
