Hello, I am a student and I would like to know if it were possible to make an organic substrate flat, with a maximum of 5µm difference in thickness.

Silicon is easy to process and it is possible to have very flat silicon, but that is not the same for organic substrates.

Is there any kind of coating one could make in order to make some organic substrate more flat ?

EDIT 1 :

I realize I forgot to mention a very important part in my question :

In that organic substrate, suppose it has multiple cavities.

How could one make these cavities flat ?
