How to make BBN-water for irradiated-C57BL mice?

I have bone-marrow irradiated mice (irradiated on 03/17/20) that I was planning on treating with BBN-water to grow bladder cancer. Is there a striaghtforward protocol on how to make the BBN-water?

I was planning on diluting the BBN-water to 0.05% in 200 mL of water (the volume of the water bottles for the mice cages). I was also planning on coverin gin aluminum foil to prevent light exposure.

Are there any other tips? A better concentration for the BBN? Thoughts?
