To draw a dot plot, count the number of data points falling in each bin and draw a stack of dots that number high for each bin.
That you, but that is the kind of dot plot which I do not want. I want the kind of dot plot that is in the linked article. Plot used instead of plunger bar plot, which shows all of the data.

Hi Tomáš Hluska . R aside, you can also easily plot this graph using Graphpad prism. You just have to enter you data by columns, click on graphs at the panel, and select scatter plot. Link on how to do it below. Best
