m trying to make 1024 x 1024 cytogram of SCSA staining wiyh FCS express I just can have a 1024 x 1024 graduation but the datas are out of the range. Do you you know which parameter or option should I choose to to transform my data and allow them to be visible on the 1024 x 1024 representation

Hi Loris - FCS Express plots the data according to the range of the data set as it was acquired by default. If your data is stored in the FCS 2.0 standard format the range will go from 0-1024, however if your data was stored in the FCS 3.0 format its more likely the range goes up to 262,144, or higher depending on the instrument. If you are using fcs 3.0 files then it would not be appropriate to try and scale to 1024. Please contact [email protected] and we'd be happy to help you out further by reviewing the data with you.
