I know you asked this question quite some time ago, and I hope you managed to get your answer another way, but as I saw there was still no answers I will try to help :

The best thing to do is look at the IMGT website (http://www.imgt.org), they keep track of all informations on IG and TCR and immune related proteins in a very complete way.

In your case, if you are looking at a known pdb structure you can go to the "3Dstructure-DB" part, type your pdb code in the browser and look at the complete analysis of the V domain : the CDR sequences will be highlighted in colors !
