Hi! It is very good that there are tutorials, youtube films, etc available, but often the best general approach to learn a new tool is to set up a task to deliver a solution to within a time frame and then just get it to work for you. Like consultants do all the time: promise you can solve the problem and learn as you go wrestling with it. This demands discipline and why not some coercion. So why not work with other people in one way or another. Playing with the tool at the computer can be interesting, but seldom creates any real knowledge and skill. So make something. That is constructionist learning.
