I am sorry but I could see only scanning parameters... where is the scan (Intensity vs. 2theta)? As such it would not be diffcult to determin if your sample is textured or randomly orientated. The most simple way to do this is use your lattice parameters to generate theoretical scan and compare with the experimental one (normalized intensity). If you find some of your peaks are rather strong (wrt theoretical pattern) then definitely there is texture in your sample. I would use simple program like Powder Cell to create a theoretical XRD pattern for comparison.

Assuming the optics are optimally selected; the appearance of a single peak from the coating indiacates extremely textured film.
