Why metal semiconductor connection show ohmic conduction at particular current?

I have metal (In)/ WS2 connection. At 250 microA it is showing ohmic characteristics. If I apply higher or lower current it does not show any ohmic characteristics?

Can we get sheet resistance from hall measuement?

I have done hall measurement. I used Indium metal contact. But I -v Curve is showing saturation at edge. Is this data reliable . Can I take conductivity vale and measured sheet resistance.?
