I am writing a paper where we obtain stronger results under much more simplified assumption. How can I justify the contribution of our work?
Currently, I am using the following flow (in the introduction):
In this paper, we study ... problem ...
The above problem can be viewed as a special case of [Ref], where they consider more general settings ... . but the algorithm in [Ref] is computationally ineffecient. /*I don't feel comfortable about this paragraph; it may be move to some other places.
