Are you aware of any paper/report that contains measurement results on the number of active users (not just users using voice-call, but also users download/upload data) within one Base-station in cellular networks?
More specifically, I would like to know the number of users that call/download/upload in one period (e.g., from 9:00am to 9:10am) within the coverage of a given Base-station.
I don't need the data-set, but just a paper/report for reference.

Traffic/Signal Monitoring System,a third party system in Cellular Network, which records the log of each and every event occurring in Network can provide the report of interest of any instant and any base station.

They described the user behavior during crowded events.
I don't know if you can find precisely the number of active users, but you can look for that.
