I tried anaerobic treatment for degradation of dining waste to convert it composting as composting manipulation.
The anaerobic treatment applied for 30 days randomly.
Now i am aiming to work on details to find out process which could indicate the optimum duration for degradation.
Please guide me for literature to related process or ways possible.

The bio-degradation most of time is correlated with the temperature. It is reported at many times in literature that mesophilic (30-40C) bio-digestion takes more time (> 40days) than the thermophilic(>50C) AD. Further increase in temperature may shorten the digestion period. Secondly, specially in your case post proximate analysis of digest will give you the efficiency of bio-degradation, maximum removal of TS/VS will suggest you the optimum degradation.

For *sewage waste* at 35C 12 days was regarded as the minimum, and 18 - 30 days was common to operate away from risk of washout.
Pure food waste may be poorly balanced as regards cations, and readily produce something that goes acidic after around a year; so as well as looking at optimimum conditions (retention times? temperature?) you need to include long term stability.

To be precise, i need to work more on hydrolytic degradation.
Please share any literature if possible to anyone.

You can also do it experimentally, prepare and set up your digester, you measure the volume of daily gas production, you will surely notice decrease in biogas production with time. the degradation takes place faster within the range of optimum temperature (37 -40 oC)
The nature of your feedstock, pH and temperature of the system affects the the duration.
