Hi, I am conducting analysis using one independent variable, 3 intervening variables, 1 dependent variable, and 2 control variables for a sample size of 233. I have tested mediation for the intervening variables (considering them in the same model) using SPSS hierarchical regression, process macro and Amos SEM. SPSS and Process macro are indicating partial mediation for 2 intervening variables, with insignificant direct relation between the 3rd intervening variable and dependent variable. However, Amos SEM is indicating full mediation with a significant direct relation between the 3rd intervening variable and dependent variable. How do I interpret these conflicting results? Rest of the results are consistent across the 3 methods. Thanks for the help in advance.
